- Crowe is such a gentleman so I think he’d ALWAYS open/hold the door open for you, even if you’re an independent person, he’s rushing to get ahead of you to grab the door.

- Acts of service and quality time kinggg. Always wants to be near you at lunch, with his friends, studying, in class. But if you have things to do, he’s obvi not gonna pressure you to be with him allll the time.

- He’s always doing things for you, etc: the door holding yk. But he’ll get food for you if you don’t wanna wait in the lunch line, he’ll carry your bag/books for you, write extra class notes for you if you weren’t there/snoozing away!!

- Mandatory he walks you home everyday after school. Especially with those missing persons cases?? He’s getting you home safe and sound—even if it’s the last thing he does!! (oh wait..)

- Stares at you, even if you’re looking back at him or not. He just loves to admire you because you are goddess/god in his eyes. He can’t take his eyes off you—nor does he want to.

- Back to what I said about quality time, crowe loves being near you. When he is near you, he’s almost always touching you (as long as you’re comfortable). His hands is either interlocked with yours, or his fingers are brushing against your arm, or your arms are interlocked, his arm around your waist..you name it! if he can be pressed up against you, he will do it.

- Mmmmm kisses with this man are so sweet and gentle, but fireworks at the same time. His hands hold you so gently, but the way his lips move against yours is almost desperate. Like you can just tell he’s in love with you by how he kisses you.

- I imagine him as both a big and little spoon. He of course likes to protect you and hold you close to him, but he also just wants to be held.

- OMG playing with his hair..brushing it, braiding it, putting hair clips in it. His hair is soo silky and smooth it’s so easy to run your fingers through it. He loves when you play with his hair and massage his scalp, he’ll fall asleep right on your chest.

*Toby Headcanons*

Personally for YEARSS now I’ve just had the hc that Toby was 5 '6 or 5' 7 because he's a short king and I think its funny so obvi it’s canon in my AU. I think he is actually canonly that height at 19 but i forget XD

Toby is 19 in this AU at the start and 25 by where the story line is atm. Ik shocking he's old af lmfao. Tho in my UA he only gets as tall as 5’7 ½.

Appearance-wise he looks fairly like canon, with curly hair and well a more normal skin colour lmfao(Not grey as originally described). He wears his usual hoodie and whatever pants he finds half the time the other half it's a navy zip-up, white t-shirt, and a Mack Orville Black/Stone Trucker - American Needle.

Toby has manic episodes and depressive episodes and deals with psychosis, this lead to him being diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder (schizophrenia and bipolar) while also being diagnosed with general anxiety disorder. Though due to his paranoia symptoms, he refused treatment until later years in his life when he was under Slenderman control.

Toby remembers very little from his life before becoming a proxy though he does remember the fire as well as having a mother and sister though he doesn’t remember what they look like. When he tries to remember he becomes distressed and irritable.

Most of the time Toby is a sarcastic laid back guy with a sense of humour, though when manic he is irritable and hyper and when depressive he is quiet and avoids others.

He often tends to avoid being the one to kill if he's in a group, being fast and having a good upper arm he is usually the one to disable the victim's ability to get away and lets Masky finish them off or whoever he's with.

Though when alone He tries to get the job done as quickly as possible. Toby doesn’t feel bad but he doesn’t like doing it yk.

Toby likes to play video games but out of everything he plays COD the most. (call of duty)

He often is outside just walking around and in my AU he wasn’t caught since his house burnt down and they thought he did too so he goes out wearing a mask when he’s bored.

Because of the crash, Toby doesn’t like car drives, meaning he walks everywhere most of the time. The odd time though he will if he’s on his meds.

Toby can go days without sleeping and eating unintentionally because of his disorders so he is often complaining about being starving or exhausted.

Toby is friendly with most of the pastas though doesn’t really trust anyone but EJ, Clockwork, Maksy, Brian, and Jane. later he starts to warm up to BEN and Nina as well.

Like most the pastas, Toby has a phone he’s supposed to use for only communication, Though like most the others his age, he doesn’t. He often will go on pintrest and download memes just to send them to Masky just to annoy him. BEN and Toby will often send each other shit though and take the piss. (messing around for the non brits)

Day three of the Horror on Cherry Lane Challenge! Today’s prompt was crow!

“Steve!”

Billy stands at the front window, watching outside but listening to socked feet bound down the stairs and skid across the floors. Steve answers his call, sounding out of breath and worried, “What is it, baby?”

His answer is simple, mumbled to the window from which his gaze doesn’t move more than to Steve, “Needed to know where you were.”

Craning his neck to look around him, Steve asks, “Why? You okay?”

“Look.” He parts the curtain further, room for Steve to stand beside him, and points to a small black bird perched atop their mailbox, far less horrific than many of the things they’ve seen, but to him just as unsettling. Steve doesn’t get it though, “It’s a crow?”

“Exactly.”

“Do.. you want me to scare it away?” Steve offers, stepping forward to the door, but Billy grabs his wrist first, for the first time since he noticed it tearing his eyes away from the ominous creature. “No! Don’t open the door.”

“Baby. You’re worryin’ me.”

Softened by Steve’s gentle tone, but undeterred from his feelings of dread and paranoia, though he won’t admit it, Billy explains, “Crows are bad news. You go out there and there’ll be bad luck.”

“I thought that was just if they flew over you.”

“Then it’s gotta be worse if he’s just sittin’ there watchin’ me. And anyways I don’t want ‘im cursin’ us or some shit just because we thought it was safe.”

Steve nods like he understands, but he doesn’t. Just watching Billy go through the motions while he stands in the center of the room and observes. But Billy can’t stand it, feels an itch under his skin. Looked at the crow too long and now he has to do something about it.

So he paces, circles three times around the coffee table. Wiggles his arms out like that’ll get the feeling of the birds eyes off of him. Billy doesn’t like the way Steve looks at him, not doubting, not like he’s crazy like some people do, but with so much concern behind those deep brown eyes. His voice comes out even gentler, “What are you doing now?”

“Just gotta do it. ‘Cause of the crow.” Is the best answer Billy can offer, focused on what’s going on in his head, but he’s just making things worse with Steve.

“Billy, baby, I am so confused here. Are you okay?”

Nodding, he gathers his thoughts enough to explain to Steve, “M’fine. S’just an compulsion. Been doin’ like this since I was like, 12. Least that’s when I got diagnosed.”

“Diagnosed? I dont- what do you mean?”

“I take pills for it every day. Must’ve missed ‘em last night actually. S’part of what I go therapy for too.” It’s not clicking for his boyfriend, so he says it bluntly, something he doesn’t admit very often, come to think of it, “I got OCD Steve.”

“Why didn’t you ever tell me that? Not that it like, matters I just.. that's pretty damn important, Bill.” Steve doesn’t sound hurt, maybe a little confused, but again with the endless concern for Billy. Reminds him of the reason he fell for Steve, but it never stops short of leaving him flustered.

With a short shrug of his shoulders, Billy responds, “I just thought you knew. Most people can tell, or at least they think they can, just from lookin’ at me. Such a big part of my life, I never thought to mention it.”

“As long as that’s all.” Billy nods assuredly, so Steve continues, the slightest hint of relief written on his face, “Okay, I just want you to open up to me.”

“Yeah. Definitely. We’re past that keepin’ secrets stuff.”

Maybe just to test the waters, or maybe because he really just was moving on from the conversation- something that still amazes Billy about Steve is his ability to switch from heavy topics like nothing happened -Steve takes another step towards the door, “Am I good to go out yet then?”

Again Billy denied, calmer than before but still feeling a tug in his chest, a twitch of his fingers reaching to part the curtains and assess for danger again, “Nope. Mr. Crow’s still out there. All that weird shit I do only makes me feel better. Won’t make the bad luck go away.”

“Guess that means we’re stuck in here together all day then.” Steve says, in a sort of faux disappointed way, a smile spreading across his face as he adds, “That’s not deliberate is it?”

“Nope. But I ain’t complainin’.”

“We’ll just have to find something better to do all day. Any ideas?”

Billy has one idea, that he can tell Steve has in mind as well from the knowing look they exchange, “Well, he can’t see us from the bedroom.”

Taking his hand away from the curtain, Steve hums, a distraction from his obsession no doubt as much as it is an acceptance of his implied offer, “Lead the way then, hot shot.”

u said arcana drama is welcome, so here we goooo (tw: weed): the sheer prevalence of stoner!asra headcanons in modern AUs feels a little icky somehow? I think because it often is accompanied by the characterzation that they are like…irresponsible/lazy/don’t contribute (like the fucked up 'asra doesn't pay rent' jokes). Maybe the devs said something to make this such a popular hc idk. But the fact that drug use is never talked about for the white LIs just makes the whole situation feel gross :(

As far as I know, I don't think the devs have ever made any comment on modern Asra and weed, but considering they did say in an #askarcana that his modern day profession would be doing magic shows for kids, I don't think that'd be something that would coexist lmfao. I tend to think of the stoner Asra idea in two ways, both influenced by my personal views on ouid. I think that anyone who uses any mind-altering substance is seeking escape in some sense, and that's not always a bad thing. The idea of Asra experimenting with weed and probably psychedelics because he's the type that wants to try everything once, expand his horizons, etc, is pretty in line with the canon Asra we know, I think. And generally, I do find stoners to be well-intentioned but somewhat annoying. I don't smoke weed, it affects me very negatively, and stoners are always trying to convince me that I just havent tried the right strain or done it enough or whatever, which is well-intentioned, but annoying—I get that stoners just want everyone to have as good of a time as they're having! And that's awesome! But what works for them doesn't work for everyone. That's how any substance subculture goes; personally I think I'm the funniest and most brilliant drunk person on earth, and I have a great time, but I'm sure sober people around me find me annoying at times lmfao. But the flip side of the coin is that while I may see smoking weed as being about as "bad" or morally wrong as popping a Tylenol, there's still stigma on many many levels, and I can understand why it would feel icky that Asra is always hc'd as a burnout when the other LIs don't get the same treatment.

Personally I can feel in my soul, down in my bones, that modern Julian would be a functioning alcoholic for most of his adulthood, and is definitely no stranger to snorting a line or twelve in the goth club bathrooms (here's the weird gross thing about adulthood—EVERYONE does coke. Obvi not me, the idea of being the white girl with the valley accent snorting someone else's blow is just TOO on the nose for me, I refuse to be That Girl). I know Portia does hella drugs, in a very hippie way—let's be real she's one of those white people who has dreads for a while because she thinks they're more ~spiritual~, but we're not opening up that can of worms. Either way, it'd be fun to go camping with her just to drop acid under the stars. I don't see Muri enjoying the lack of control that comes with altering your body chemistry, so hes straight edge for sure. Nadia simply does not have the time (aside from a raaaaaaging caffeine addiction). And straight up, I've said it once, and I'll say it again, Lucio does and sells meth. He probably got into it by accident, telling the shady stranger in the vip section of whatever club he's in "wow this is some good coke" and they go "oh, that's interesting, cause that's actually meth." He's one of those dudes who's convinced he doesn't have a problem and that he only does enough to be successful and have a good time. But he's a party animal, so if you can snort it or smoke it, he's done it. Is definitely the dude who tells his crew that he loves when girls snort a line off his boner, and gets angry and defensive as hell when they inform him that's a classic party girl trick to make guys who cum too fast last longer in bed lmfao.

I'm sure part of it is the whole "what's ghetto when a poor person does it, but cool when a rich person does it" thing. If you're poor, day drinking and doing drugs makes you an addict, if you're rich, it's living the life of luxury. So yeah, I can see your point.

okay so i think there are a couple options based on who’s the father of the child that would yield different results so in a very me fashion imma make this a very long post and break down all of them. this is 2.5k. it’s going under a cut.

andy so i think had andy not died he and prue would have definitely gotten married first i would say somewhere around the season 2 finale maybe the penultimate episode to end on a sweet high note while still setting up season 3 or something i think he and prue would have their first child ehh probably announced in the s3 finale. i think she’d be a girl i think she’d be a telekinetic like her mama and i think her name would definitely be patricia (and i wanna say in her teenage years she’d go by trix) i think her powers would definitely grow to advanced telekinesis by the time she’s of a fighting age. if i were writing her i would give her a gradual power development of like telekinetically lifting herself up in fights (like what we sometimes saw prue do) to levitation to flight if i wanna get really jiggy w it). i would think prue would definitely want multiple kids (ideally three daughters) and i think andy would definitely Also want sorta that white picket fence family. i think that piper and leo would still be pregnant at the end of season four, with prue’s second pregnancy occuring around beginning to mid season five. i also think about halfway through prue’s second pregnancy she and andy would choose to move out into their own home bc well let’s face it the manor’s a lil crowded (paige is also here in the au don’t ask me how). so wyatt matthews halliwell would be born in february prue and andy would probably move out in april their second child would be born hmm let’s say september. a girl named hmm it has to be a p name i’m firm on that but i don’t really wanna go penelope bc then i feel like it’s too locked in to a naming after ancestors thing but like also it would still be a very prue name & prue is already named after her ancestors so what the hell i’ll name her penelope. let’s talk powers. baby wyatt will keep his whitelighter based powers such as an orb shield, orbing, and healing, but he won’t be a telekinetic. he still has the power of projection. the twice blessed isn’t a thing. penelope i think would be the molecular witch, with powers of molecular deceleration & acceleration (but not freezing or combustion) as well as the ability to adjust her own molecular structure and “phase” (a la kitty pryde from xmen). next in the halliwell line would be chris who would still be born in october of 03 with powers of orbing, telekinesis, and telekinetic orbing, followed then by andy and prue’s third daughter born in utopia in s7 lemme go check the family tree for names there aren’t actually that many p names on there so now i guess lemme make one up one that sounds appropriately vintage like okay so i personally hc p bowen (prue’s past life) to be named pearl, p baxter as pauline, and p russel as phyllis out of all of those i think i’d chose pearl okay so i googled 19th century baby names p names i found were parthena permilia philippa pamela patience and priscilla. okay so i’m actually deciding now that the name philippa comes from andy’s side of the family and that’s the name of the third daughter who will follow suit with the charmed one’s schtick and have premonitions, which includes both precognition and retrocognition, as well as clairvoyance and limited telepathy (she’s basically a human lie detector, but if she actually wants to hear someone’s thoughts, she was to have physical contact and be in a quasi-meditative state). piper be pregnant with melinda at the end of s8, melinda’s powers would be empathy along with the whitelighter powers of healing orbing and photokinesis. next would be the twins tam and kat who would still split molecular combustion and immobilization as well as the whitelighter powers basically i wouldn’t change their powers from what they already have henry jr is also here, still a mortal. pj would not be named pj as Prue Isn’t Dead but i think phoebe would still really wanna stick with the p names. since prue’s already burned through the family tree i think she’d pick a more modern name (and i’m sticking with the gender neutral theme all of phoebe’s kids have) so like percy pax pemberley i’m also really tempted by pisces. hmm. pemberly. who i’d give astral projection and then also um well possession. like yeah y’know projecting her astral form into somebody else and being able to like read them while in their bodies all that. parker stays with premonition and uhh i just recently came up with a power progression for parker that i would love to employ but like i think i really wanna keep it a secret for now but i might end up talking about it later peyton would still be a telekinetic and all three cupitches can still beam and sense love. okay!

ok so in the book there’s this scene that drives me absolutely buckwild and it’s such a tiny thing it’s there adn then gone but i CANNOT stop thinking about it. 

anyway what happens is aziraphale and crowley are talking about armageddon and aziraphale asks crowley if he thinks his side would be willing to give him ‘asylum’ and crowley says ‘i was going to ask you the same thing’ (or maybe it’s reverse. idr i don’t have the book open in front of me i can’t recall who says what but the point is the same either way)

like in the show az is very devoted to heaven and like it’s fine ik he mostly stays so loyal in the show b/c of brainwashing and fear and such but. that line just KILLS me. in the book he does not give half a Shit about heaven. he’s broken free of that conditioning a long time ago and he and crowley BOTH know heaven/hell, good/evil, are just Names For Sides. (this whole concept is played out so much more in the book w/ the whole. angels and demons being basically indistinguishable from each other thing and a bunch of other things i could tangent abt but i won;t b/c we’ll be here All Night:-/)

Squad 1: Shunsui has an Apple watch because he’s an old man and Androids are too complicated, Nanao-chan! Also he kept losing his phone. So now Nanao keeps his phone. Shunsui also likes swapping out the straps and coordinating them with his kimono (his favourite is the rose gold with a peony overlay)

Squad 2: Soi Fon would have an iPhone – she doesn’t have time to be messing around with customisable options. Also, you can bet Omaeda sponsored everyone’s phones, too, and he is DEFINITELY an Apple guy.

Squad 3: Rose? Apple. Duh. He’s about the aesthetique~ and he’s a bit of a sucker for a good brand story, I feel. One Apple ad in, and he’d be ordering the newest iPhone.

Squad 4: Isane strikes me as an Android girl! She probably got a mid-tier Android phone that was on promotion when she signed up for her phone plan, and kinda just stayed with the OS. She doesn’t keep up with the hype of getting the newest, and painfully expensive, iPhone. She’s practical that way.

Squad 5: Shinji’s another design/brand hound. Android has a pretty nerdy image, which, to be clear, is not what Shinji is going for, doll.

Squad 6: Byakuya has the latest Apple phone, obvi. He actually has other, more luxurious phones still in their boxes at home that he got as gifts from other nobles (Vertu phone with a screen made of solid sapphire...yeah.) but he’s also about understated luxury. Old money doesn’t need to scream.

Squad 7: Iba? In another life, Iba would be an Android fanboy. Better specs, better camera, blah blah blah – Iba isn’t really one to be swayed by fancy branding, and Apple’s image always seemed very...precious to him, not at all in line with his manly man personal brand. He’s all about practicality.  

Squad 8: Lisa is a tough one. I want to say Android, but I also feel like Lisa wouldn’t be too concerned about something like her phone’s OS? She'd probably get whatever looked good, and stayed within her budget. As long as she can get on her dating apps, she’s good.

Squad 9: Kensei is a practical, frills-free guy – but he’s also canonically a Leo. And Leos love to flex, which is why I think he leans more towards Apple. I think he’d appreciate the simplicity of an iPhone, and would probably end up with a whole Apple home eco-system (I HC him as a homebody) where everything is synced up.

Squad 10: Hitsugaya has an Android phone for sure. IDK I can just imagine him carefully considering the specs of a wide range of phones and finally coming to  a decision – only to have Rangiku roast him for his ‘lame’ phone. Cue the flustered defensiveness + lecturing about battery life, cost, etc while she ignores him.

Squad 11: Kenpachi doesn’t have a phone. He doesn’t want to be bothered about losing the tiny, noisy rectangle. Also his fingers would be too big for a phone screen, and there’s no way he’s carrying a damn iPad/tablet around as a phone (although that would be a hilarious visual). Think of Yachiru as his phone – she brings him the latest and fields phone calls asking for him. The answer to that last one is usually no, which is just how Ken-chan likes it.

Squad 12: Mayuri doesn’t need a phone. He has one wired into his prefrontal cortex or whatever. And it’s tapped into every single hidden camera and control button in the Seireitei, so he never needs to call anyone – he knows everything that’s going on.

Squad 13: Rukia’s phone could be either Android or iOS, she doesn’t give a shit – as long as it’s in a chappy phone case.
